Hot-spring baths are closed from 10:00-15:00. Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities. Guests must check in by 24:00 (midnight). Reservations will be canceled by the hotel if the guest has not arrived by 24:00. Please note that children are included in the maximum room occupancy. - On the day of check-in, on-site parking is available from 13:00 - On the day of check-out, parking is available on site until 12:00. It is 1,000 yen per night per car. There is a limit of 15 cars, so advance phone reservations are required.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. A deposit may be required at the property.
