Spa (Onsen) was very good! Also it was good location!

JR奈良駅改札を出て東口から直結です。お部屋は非常にコンパクトですがベッドの寝心地が快適でした。スタッフの皆様はみなさんとっても素敵で、楽しそうで、こちらまで楽しい気持ちになりました。大浴場も気持ちよかったです。ウェルカムサービスはたくさんの種類の飲み物があり奈良の地酒を楽しめました。朝食もとっても美味しくて食べすぎました。お泊まりの方は是非、朝食をつけていただくことをおすすめします。

スーツケースを開く場所が無くて大変でした、、、。

フロントのスタッフさんが、丁寧に対応して下さいました お風呂も良かったし、朝食も種類が豊富で良かったです 後、枕も色々と種類があって自分の好きなものを選べました

料金は安かったのですが、お部屋は狭いなと思いました

Everything! Fantastic location virtually inside Nara Railway Station, supermarket one minute away, buses, markets a couple of times a week in the Square. Obviously, being Japan, the rooms are small but perfectly adequate for a short stay. I particularly liked that they allowed me to use the onsen even though I do have a couple of tattoos. You could choose your pillows in the foyer and help yourself toiletries and fried drinks. As a non drinker, I dipped out on the free every evening tasting of soju but the breakfast more than made up for it. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was lovely having pyjamas that fitted! But the biggest deal-breaker for me was that I happened to be in the middle of the 5.8 Richter scale earthquake on May 2 and the hotel moved from side to side without collapsing!
