I had a wonderful stay at Marassi Boutique Hotel – Marina 1. The hotel has a beautiful location, a very relaxing atmosphere, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall experience was honestly 10/10. The best part of the hotel is the staff. Almost everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, professional, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. They really made the stay feel special and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the only downside was the receptionist named Ayman. Compared to the amazing service provided by the rest of the team, his attitude was completely disappointing. He was unfriendly, cold, unwelcoming, never smiled, and made me feel like I was bothering him just by asking for help. This is definitely not the kind of attitude you expect at a hotel with such excellent standards.
