Everything was great

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful all the time. Special thanks to the reception team for their fast response. The restaurant staff were professional and friendly, especially Ashour, Mahmoud & Ali. The food and beverages were very tasty. Room service was also excellent, and the room was always clean. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely visit again.

Beach Access Bait-and-Switch: Sudden, uncommunicated relocation to the lower-quality, seaweed-heavy Club House beach on day two. Unresponsive Customer Service: Reception refused to escalate complaints, and phone lines provided by security went unanswered for over half an hour. Incorrect & Unsafe Room Setup: Received two separate small beds instead of the booked King bed, creating an unsafe sleeping arrangement for a 9-month-old baby. Poor Towel Logistics: A one-hour wait for beach towels, followed by a 10-minute walk to collect them because the delivery driver lacked beach access. Hygiene Issue: A dead mosquito was found in one of the breakfast dishes. Neglected Housekeeping: Room cleaning requests were skipped multiple times
