the restaurant was good, the staff were super friendly! the rooms were clean and well taken care of, pool was nice

the room that I booked is completely different than the one that was advertised, I booked a lake view room and got a room with a highway view with the lake completely far and a humongous tree right in front of my terrace completely blocking any view other than the cars passing on the high way! the reception handled the situation poorly and didn't do anything to either change my room or compensate me

Hospitality is top notch! Location is very good (on the marassi marina). Very clean rooms and nice view. Beach access at Al Alamein hotel was granted, which was splendid, clean sand and clear water. Breakfast is AMAZING at Blaze restaurant, staff were outstanding, props to Mr. Mohamed Ashour and all the ‘Mahmouds’ there! They were completely professional and knew how to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Also Ms. Jomana at the reception was very friendly, and the housekeeping staff as well. All in all, very nice experience and will definitely try to come back.

مكان رائع جدًا لإقامة عائلية! الشاطئ جميل جدًا مع إمكانية الوصول إلى شاطئ العلمين، وكان مثاليًا للأطفال لأن الأمواج هادئة والرمال ناعمة ونظيفة. الفندق نظيف جدًا، والطاقم استثنائي في لطفهم وتعاونهم خاصة على الريسيبشن و فريق مطعم Blaze، كانوا رائعين جدًا. حتى عندما طلبت ابنتي شيئًا غير موجود في البوفيه، أحضروه لها بكل ترحيب ولطف. الطعام لذيذ والقهوة ممتازة فعلًا وليست قهوة سريعة التحضير السيئة. الغرفة والحمام نظيفان جدًا.

مساحة الغرفة صغيرة بعض الشيء والأسرة لم تكن الأكثر راحة بالنسبة لي لكن بشكل عام كانت إقامة جميلة جدًا وسأكررها بكل سرور.

كل حاجه حلوه جدا من الموقع و النضافه و الاكل و الموظفين و خصوصا موظفه الاستقبال جومانه اديها 10 من 10 كانت بشوشه و روحها حلوه جدا
