Hai we are Nmesh kumar & Sreeja Nmesh from kerala, we want to thanks From Strating the Receptionists Ms. Mahalekshmi and Mr Rudresh are very nice CoOperative and they are very helpful persons with pleassure smile both.. Housekeeping satff Mr. Naveen he is cleaning the room very well more than our expectations. Resturent staff Mr. Remesh was too kind with good smile welcoming the guest in restaurant and the Chef Also (i think he is North Indian). Food Serving staffs are have very good mannaers. Even security's also good helpful mentality persons... Its good experience to have in Raai Hotel Park Elenza Hosur. We already informed our experience in the hotel to our friends and they also take room now there...Thank You Raai Hotel Team. Wish You all the Best 🥰👍🏻

Only the thing ordering the food in room cost was too higher. Please try to be adjust as afordable price. And please try to keep one small refrigerator on room..

Clean and tidy, the ambiance was good. Perfect location, parking facility present which is a plus.

We booked for 3 days but due to some emergency work we needed to check out on the 2nd day, but they said to pay the amount for all 3 days. TV is there it's connected to DTH & wifi Broadband but nothing was working on the TV. We also informed reception guys they sent one personal and he itself don't know what was the issue and he said its connected to wifi and you can play youtube videos. All waste.
