Located slightly away from junction, yet closer to the place I would appreciate. This is a new property and thus quite very clean, I hope they would be consistent with that. The property is optimally designed in aspects of utilizing the space. Their rooms are on par with hotels in the way they are designed, There is centralized AC which I didn't have to use owing to the local weather, but thoughtfully there was also fan, the switches for fan and plug etc are quite difficult to reach from bed, Aged and challenged people might want them more accessible. There is a beautiful SONY television with an Android remote and apps pre installed withe WIFI enabled, All you have to do is sign in to your account and watch your content. Not many big hotels too have this. The bath supplies are of good quality and the towel was super soft, I'm not sure if it's their Soap or the hardness of water it doesn't foam much. The security man spoke flawless english while guiding me to park the car. The mattress is comfortable, the worknig chair was good and the curtains were providing the required darkness yet being bright inside the room upon turning lights The touch light to the vanity mirror really gives a good feeling The property is compact yet designed well, be it the chairs in restaurant or the artificial plants beneath elevator, it looks very posh with the freshness of new. with a very good supervision in maintaining the cleanliness this place will definitely fare well in near future.

Things to take care of: 1) The front room staff shall have a more smiling welcome, they are good but might be of pressure due to the property being new. They missed to provide the WIFI password which I got later 2) The restaurant is not open full fledged, I didn't get any options by 10 PM on the day I stayed, but I hope they hire ample staff to fix this 3) The breakfast was not booked by me, but they didn't charge me, but if they did I would've been disappointed, the dosa was sweetish, sambar was good, poori was fully oily (first one or two should be spared always) also the Aloo was totally chill. I wish I ate outside, but it was after all complimentary and the welcome watermelon and coffee were good. 4) The service person in restaurant is quite friendly and tried to make me comfortbale 5) As the floor might get cold in winter, it would be great if you can place carpets on floor 6) If carpetting the premises could be costly recommend you to keep those cloth slippers (bathroom wears) for the couple as that would surely help customers and also keeping rooms cleaner. 7) It would be great to have one plug besided television to use the laptop in the thoughtfully designed wooden cabin. 8) The soap dish in bath area was tilted and couldn't hold things well, a bigger tray on top might help. 9) The view from room is good yet would be great to have the glasses being cleaned externally.
