Blood stains, dye and makeup that cause permanent damage to the textiles will have to be replaced as new as dictated by tourism regulations. Pets are subject to an additional fee: cats 25 EUR per night, small dogs 10 EUR per night, medium dogs 15 EUR per night, and large dogs 20 EUR per night. Please be advised that all pets must receive prior approval from the owner before arrival. This charge is applied to cover the sanitization of the apartment after the pets' stay.
