La ubicacion es perfecta,lo limpio y nuevo que esta todo.

Le faltan cositas importantes como un tendero para la ropa, una fregona, jabon para lavadora, y alguna toalla mas de recambio.

Bona ubicació, còmode i ben equipat i net. A més ens van gestionar el transfer a l'aeroport.

Només te una habitació, però ja ho sabiem abans d'arribar. El router esta al cap de un dels llits.

Area giorno e area notte divise, entrambe spaziose. Appartamento fornito di tutti i servizi. Posizione comoda in una strada non troppo trafficata e poco rumorosa; il centro è lontano 25 minuti a piedi circa, ma in bici è facilmente raggiungibile. Il quartiere di triana è anche molto carino. Proprietari molto gentili.

L'appartamento si trova direttamente sulla strada, quindi se apri le finestre hai persone e macchine che ti passano davanti. L'odore nella casa non è dei migliori, soprattutto nel bagno piccolo, a causa della fogna, ma la casa in generale è pulita. Il problema della fogna non è probabilmente a carico dei proprietari, bensì di tutta la città, dal momento che si può sentire anche per la strada.

"Buena experiencia"

Buena ubicación. Estaba limpio. La comunicación y atención por parte de los anfitriones muy bien, Daniela fue muy agradable. Todo funcionaba, en general todo correcto.

Huele un poco a tubería en los baños. Las almohadas algo incómodas.

Our stay in Seville was absolutely perfect. From the host’s kindness to the spotless cleanliness, smart layout, and overall comfort — everything exceeded our expectations. Having two bathrooms was ideal for our group! Some reviews mentioned an unpleasant odor, which we did notice slightly, but it seems to be common in the city and didn’t bother us at all. The apartment itself was pristine, conveniently located close to the main attractions, and we easily found free street parking nearby.

"Kurzer Aufenthalt in toller Lage"

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut. Check in war unkompliziert und wir durften etwas früher einchecken. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Starker Geruch im Bad. Das habe ich in Spanien aber schon häufiger erlebt, und betrifft nicht nur diese Wohnung.
