No aircon and you advertise it with aircon. Heatwave

Absolutely NOTHING

When we arrived, we were given a back room that was not even advertised as an option when booking. We did NOT get what I booked and paid for. We left and drove home to Midrand after 20 mins of arriving at this venue - Really shocking. FALSE advertising and completely unethical. You will see by the images I have added that this is NOT what is advertised and charged for at all

It was a struggle to sit in a toilet it’s very small and very close to the shower walls🤦🏼‍♀️ one ended up taking a cold water in the freezing morning as the hot water ran out so quickly only , no electric blanket as it’s winter . I saw the cockroaches and I had to wash the toilet before using as it was not clean
