Location was great!

The house was friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The areas is quite and located walking distance from the river The kitchen area contained all the necessary amenities we needed

The place is not well kept and maintained. Cleanliness is a major concern. There were ants, spiders and spider webs in the corners of almost every room and layers of dusts. The bathroom bins were not cleaned and were left with past guest's garbage and sanitary items. The basin drain had clots of hair and soap stains. The place needs a major clean which wil contribute to guest experience.

Toilet is placed in a very uncomfortable corner. Bigger people is going to find it difficult to use and to manage themselves between the washing basin and the shower. Spider webs around the bedside lamps. Loose adabtor against the wall in the kitchen.
