Rooms and pool great

Location good but not great

The amenities the hotel provided were great. Free self-service laundry and free daily mini bar was what we enjoyed. Each room we booked had great water pressure and hot water (don’t forget to switch on the water heater button near the light switch!). The security at the ground floor was very helpful and friendly. They helped us cross the busy street to the mall directly in front of the hotel, and hailed tuktuks for us.

Now for the staff. What a disappointment. This hotel would’ve gotten a 5-star rating from me but one staff member really messed it up for everyone. She needs better training in hospitality before putting her out in the front reception like this. The girl that checked us in was fine, but the other one during the day is rude. She barely wants to speak to us when we ask questions, and answers in the most condescending way possible like we are idiots. We really did not want to interrupt her watching TikTok but we needed assistance, so she must’ve forgotten that she’s supposed to be working. This is not how a hotel staff should treat their guests - take note and improve! The last straw was during checkout when she tried to give us our room deposit money back that was ripped. She accused us of giving ripped money while checking in and tried to give us ripped bills at check out. I stood there watching them inspect the bills and giving the okay at check in. So why inspect it so much and end up with ripped bills? They switched our good money out and try to hand the ripped bills to us thinking we would not notice. So visitors beware of that. I’d recommend inspecting the bills with them at check in & check out. Also, take photos of the items in the kitchen when arriving to your room just in case they accuse you of breaking things and charging you for it.

Comfortable rooms, good facilities, great security staff, and friendly cleaning crew. That’s it.

Remember - this is a hospitality business, not something we asked for free. We pay money for good services and facilities, not for rude inexperienced staff. If they continue to hire low quality staff like that, they will lose business no matter how great the facilities are. People travel far to enjoy a great memorable experience, but when you have an unwelcoming first experience, this leaves visitors thinking the country is lacking in hospitality management. Don’t be remembered for poor quality services and improve it immediately.

Excellent stay all around, very well attended staff.

Great pool. Nice coffee and pastry for breakfast complimentary. Comfy beds. Free washing machines and dryers including washing powder.

Booked a room which was meant to have a sofa bed as listed on booking.com but no sofa bed at all. Also the pillows are huge and a bit uncomfortable. There’s a big building site next door.

when go in phnom penh city as always i sleep here, good area, so many food around here, and close to aeon, and anything i need to come feel so close, and the pool also i love that cause so clean.

The rooftop pool had pretty slippery tiles but that's the only thing that they overlooked

Comfortable, clean, and the location.

The only thing was the laundry room. The two machine was out of order during my stay.

- The rooms were modern and very clean and the most comfortable beds we had on our trip. - Loved the complimentary minibar that included beer, water & soft drinks as well as a selection of snacks. - A great surprise and delight for us was that there were free pastries and coffee available at reception each morning. - Free self-use laundry service on Floor 1 which was a great surprise and really useful. - The roof top swimming pool was awesome especially using it at nighttime when all the surrounding buildings are lit up.
