Recent hotel with nice gym.

Family room was too small in our opinion. Pool was ok but holes here and there around it. Front desk staff were not welcoming. Clean up service was approx. Would pick another place to stay next time.

So clean and modern. Large apartment and free mini bar!

Only complaint I have is that the pool water was freezing but a gorgeous view and the kids didn’t care.

Super location, mall opposite, we have a kitchen in room to prepare food if we like. The staff even help you to cross the road.

A1 service and I felt like they really care for the customers by providing excellent customer service.

Great location, lovely pool and fantastic gym. Most of the staff were lovely but the lady on reception was not very helpful.

The room was not really as it was advertised- there was no washing machine, dishwasher or microwave and the second room was only a large single, not a double. There was a washing machine room downstairs however which we could use for free - just a bit of waiting around!. The room was very noisy with a construction site next door where they worked from 6-7 am up until midnight - this is obviously not the fault of the hotel. This was our first time to Phnom Penh and the hotel wasn’t really set up with tourist information so you need to organise everything independently. We booked all our tours through Viator so this want really a problem for us but maybe for others.

Conveniently located with wonderful amenities, pool & gym is superb. The security guards/doorman went above and beyond for us. He was incredible.

Check out process was awkward, front desk employees were acting peculiar and short. I booked this hotel twice in the same week, during my first checkout the staff did not give me my initial “cash” deposit. Upon checking out again I sat at the counter waiting as the young lady and gentlemen were chatting amongst themselves. They eventually told me everything was good to go and that I was free to leave without issuing me my deposit back or even bringing it up. When I asked about my deposit they demanded a receipt for “proof” as I was looking for the copy in my backpack the front desk gentleman rudely said “if you made a deposit you should have a receipt”. When I pulled out the copy of the receipt it was clear they had my deposit slip in their hands the entire time more than likely hoping for me to forget about it, so that they can pocket the money. What a shame! Never had to leave a cash deposit for any hotel bookings this was the first time. Please beware fellow travelers.
