Comfy 3Bed House-Parking-Garden

Location was good for what we needed. Maybe not the best of areas but was fine.

After seeing a few bad reviews I was nervous and reached out to ask if these had been addressed - total Lie ! They haven’t been. The house wasn’t clean, dirty cups, chipped glasses, dusty house, not sure if the downstairs bathroom ceiling is dirty or mouldy 🥴 Not family friendly - no highchair, was told they would try to help and get back to me - no replies! No help. Customer service useless. Upstairs window unsafe you could literally open it and jump out of it No bbq. Garden nothing like pictured the shed is about to collapse, unsafe for kids. Towels smell like they’re put away damp - same for bedsheets. Carpets so worn can feel the carpet grippers as you go down the stairs which is not comfortable !! Feels like you have caught a nail! Seating in the living area for 3 people. Definitely isnt an area for more people with two chairs in the kitchen for breakfast. Not enough glasses / cutlery - totally not the description as the kitchen isnt fully equipped ! Uncomfortable beds feels like the springs have gone as feels like you roll in the middle of the bed! No hand towel in the bathroom, no soap in the kitchen! Total lack of basic things. The kitchen bin has no lid so just open to stink the kitchen out and no spare bin bags to change the bin if you did need to! Outside bins rammed full already too. So dirty our socks were black 😳 and I was told that it must be from walking in external areas 😂 Customer service are no use at all so don’t take their false promises for anything. FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER VALUE FOR MONEY AND CLEANER 😀

Litter in the gardens, bin bags dumped around the outside of the property & stains on the bedding.

Very clean property perfect location to get to anywhere in Newcastle, excellent communication from start to end. Excellent parking facilities. Perfect for a small group of people nice and cozy and very comfy beds. In the summer would be nice to use the outdoor (garden)

No antena on TV so couldn’t watch normal TV channels

Not a bad location. We walked to the grey hound stadium and was only a short taxi or Uber into the city centre.

The place was disgusting, untidy and not fit for 6 people. The lounge can fit 3 people comfortably, if you have more in your party then it’s a rather uncomfortable stay. The back garden was disgusting. One bathroom, which is located downstairs. Advertised as garden with bbq, the garden was overgrown and the bbq looked like it had never been cleaned. We were meant to stay for 2 nights but after the first night we left and went home. I would highly recommend you don’t stay here.
