On the whole, it is a very very dangerous black swan boat trip to Komodo park.Guests paid more than almost all the other public boat and just feel dangerous and worst service. And you cannot cancel trip. When we get to padar island, boat stopped very far from harbor, much far than all the others, it means you need to climb across more than 5 boats to get to harbor. It is unbelievable and quite dangerous to women, old and children The trip is a terrible, nightmare day for guests. You never feel safe .if I knew this, even pay me, I will not join. Until now, I still feel terrible and frightened about the trip.

The very very dangerous black swan boat trip with worst service, hotel just doesn’t care about guests life. I chosed the boat trip(black swan) carefully, because I thought it belongs to this hotel, service should be better than other cheap public boat. But I am totally wrong. 1. When we get to taka makassa, water should be very shallow, but boat stopped very very far away from beach (much farther than all the other boats, big or small, ) you have to try your best to swim to the shallow place. For all the other boats, guests get off boat and can touch ground. I use all my energy and try my best to swim and finally get the shallow place and too too tired and can not enjoy. The worst thing is that we have to swim long way back to boat, I am exhausted and stay in cold sea which touch my neck to wave to boat and ask for help. During this time, many boat passed me, and very dangerous. 2. When we get to manta point, water is very deep ， and wave very strong. The boat doesn’t ask you if you need life jacket, you need to ask them. When I get down to sea, found it is quite dangerous. And wave to boat. It took them quite long to notice me. During this time, other boat notice me, ask me if need help. And they also want all guests just jump to sea, do not use their ladder， this is also quite dangerous for old, young and women. 3. They said there is only one towel for one person. It means that when you swim again you have to use the very wet towel to clean in windy boat. Very very easy to catch cold. 4. Many people in a very little boat, no air conditioner, lunch and snacks is terrible, I almost didn’t touch it, and use my breakfast box as lunch . Some people ask for snorkeling equipment in taka , they refuse to give, but all the other guests have it. 5. The snorkeling places the boat choose is also so bad, Komodo has many good places for snorkeling, in the place to see turtles they choose , the water is dark and not clear, you cannot enjoy undersea beauty, just a little...

Instalaciones muy bien. Personal de los restaurantes muy atentos y serviciales. Buena limpieza.

El gym se queda corto para el hotel que es. / Mala información durante el check in: nuestra primera pregunta fue cómo reservar la excursión a Komodo con el barco privado de ellos y nos confirmaron que simplemente avisar un día antes. Lo fuimos a reservar casi 3 días antes y ya no se podía porque estaba full. Ofrecimos otra fecha y tampoco se podía por mantenimiento del barco. Entonces? Tienen que cambiar el speech del check in, esto nos disgustó mucho. / Se escuchaba mucho ruido de la carretera, podrían mejorar la insonorización. / Servicio de lavandería extremadamente caro.

The breakfast buffet is outstanding! So many options of local dishes as well as basic continental for picky eaters. I splurged on the overwater bungalow with infinity pool and this was our favorite stay out of the entire 2 week trip. We had drinks delivered from the bar and just enjoyed the hammock and pool. Hotel also has movie nights by the pool. There wasn't anyone there, so we decided to try it out. They served complimentary popcorn and we ordered dinner and drinks to enjoy with the movie.

Not related to the hotel at all. Hotel was perfect! Just a sidenote, a little intimidating exiting the airport with dozens of taxi drivers just screaming at you. Cost was 100k IDR for taxi to hotel, just in case it helps with knowing what to expect.

The views from our balcony were fantastic. Everything about the place was nice.
