Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo

This is an amaaaaazing hotel. Beautiful, quiet, and all the personel was nice and helpful. The rooms were amazing in design, and the service was first class. We had a small accident while in a trip, and the hotel was of great help too, picking us up from the hospital and offering support. Thank you Okta and all of the team for that

The beds in the lower pool have the wrong orientation, and there is no way to get shade at certain times. They should be moved 45 degrees!

La vue, la plage, les poissons tous les soirs, le personnel chaleureux, la soirée karaoké, le confort des chambres et la qualité du restaurant.

Tout était parfait.

Hôtel luxueux, personnel super souriant, agréable, sympathique et au petit soin. Les 3 piscines sont magnifiques, la vue sur la mer à couper le souffle. Les restaurants sont très bons et qualitatifs. La literie impeccable ( l’impression de dormir sur un nuage) et la chambres très fonctionnelle. Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce petit havre de paix. À proximité de l’aéroport (environ 10min) et du centre ville (7 min). Je recommande fortement si vous êtes de passage à labuan bajo.

If paradise had a name it would be called Katamaran hotel! The building and amenities are brand new and superb. The service delightfull and the food delicious. The views exceptional ! The personnel is sooo nice !

2 things to improve in the spa. The tables don’t have a hole for the respiration and the music sucks…

The vue is amazing, the facilities are on point.

1- we waited 45 mins for the check in before being a me to access our room and it was 3pm which mean we were not too early to check in. 2- the staff is not properly trained : the kids club staff does not speak English , which is not acceptable for such an expensive hotel.

Чек ин только с 15:00, что неудобно. В целом ничего особенного, а ценник выше, чем у Аяны , которая в 400 метрах. А там значительно выше уровнем отель. В номере за 520 баксов в сутки не было геля для душа, течет кран. Пошел на ресепшен сообщил, что нет геля для душа. Извинились, сказали, что сейчас исправят, но так нихрена и не произошло. Бутылку шампанского в баре несут 15 минут. Для этого в процессе подачи бутылки занято 3 человека) клоунада. Элементарные вещи быстро выполнить не могут.
