Everything was absolutely perfect since the check in until the check out. The food in breakfast buffet was great . The whole staff is always smiling and happy to assist you . And the view from the room was the most perfect thing ever. All the pools are great 3

Nothing everything was amazing

Beautiful hotel with excellent architecture and a very pleasant atmosphere. The property is well designed, located in a great area, and feels premium overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast — truly excellent, with a great selection and very high quality. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of strong qualities.

Unfortunately, the service experience did not fully match the expectations of a five-star hotel. Before arrival, we contacted the hotel in advance regarding scooter rental because we had an important boat trip and needed transportation ready at 9 AM. We specifically asked whether the hotel’s electric scooter would be suitable for the hilly area and were told it would be comparable to a 110–120cc scooter and prepared for us in the morning. However, upon arrival, hotel staff informed us that the electric scooter was actually not recommended for the local hills and suggested arranging a replacement through a third-party rental company. The replacement scooter arrived much later than promised, causing us to be delayed by more than an hour for an important excursion. Additionally, the scooter was in poor condition, had a check engine light on, and very little fuel, requiring additional time to find a gas station. We also experienced significant issues with the Wi-Fi in the room, and internet on the TV was not functioning. A repair team came during dinner but unfortunately was unable to resolve the issue. Most importantly, after sharing feedback with hotel management and being told the matter would be discussed further, there was no follow-up communication, which was disappointing.

Very nice hotel, great location, staff were extremely professional and friendly and the food was good!

Love everything about this resort. Great food, great facilities, beautiful view, close to the airport, lots of activities. Would definitely come back 😍😍😍

Food at all of the restaurants was fantastic. The facilities were beautiful during the day and night, and the staff was very gracious with our toddler as he roamed the grounds.
