Quirky Beautiful Art Deco apartment.

I absolutely loved the location of this properly. Central and can walk anywhere, there’s lots to do around here. The staff was quick to reply to all My queries and provided a list of whats good around the area

Nothing. Was perfect. Mindful of stairs if travellers with bulky suitcases

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We were only there for 13 hours, so we did not spend any time in the room besides sleeping. The location was great; our one goal in our short time frame was to visit a local quesadilla stand, Elana Rojas Vara Quesadillas. She sets up around 10 AM and serves until her ingredients are gone. We arrived at 4 PM, and she was still cooking - she was out of the most popular ingredients (the refried beans are excellent). But she still had potatoes and cheese, which was delicious, too.

Spectacular location on the park, with restaurants in every direction.. Large apartment. Funky furnishings.

Music from the restaurant below kept my sister awake til 1 am. And poor lighting.

Way too noisy

Bed was comfortable and king size. It was nice to have a small kitchen.

No name on the premises, no indication that there is a pub right next door. The room smelled, the bath towels smelled (very disgusting), the room was directly above a pub, no air conditioner, instead a giant very noisy fan was provided.

This place is full of atmosphere. The apartment is filled with early- and mid-century accents and is just beautiful. One bedroom has a private bathroom and terrace overlooking the park. There is another bathroom with a tub down the hallway. Hot water was solid, beds were comfy, and the space heater was much appreciated on chilly December nights. The location is exceptional, right next to Parque Rio de Janiero. The apartment is up a flight of stairs, but wasn't a challenge for my parents.

Some of the living room furniture, despite being beautiful, wasn't actually very comfortable. I still wouldn't change it though--the atmosphere is just too lovely. The mattresses were comfortable and that's what really matters. The music from the restaurant downstairs is very audible during service hours, but luckily it was mostly music that I like so no harm done.
