"Very Good"

Nice person at reception, very friendly. But the staffs at bar/restaurant are not smilly

"Great place"

Great nature retreat located outside Eldoret. Exceptional friendly and helpful staff. The cave bar was cosy with bonfire in the evenings. Can highly recommend a forest walk nearby with Alfred Chelogoi. Enjoyed every minute at the place.

"Fantastic experience I would recommend it"

The resort is fantastic and I loved the location, immersed in nature incredibly quiet with an excellent team making sure you have everything you need at any time. The restaurant is excellent and everything served is great and fresh.

"Very nice campsite"

- Very friendly staff - extremely nice facilities - great food and breakfast; served to the balcony - nature, trees, pool, river

- bit too hard beds - at the pool would be nice to have sunbeds too for the clients

"Reset in Eldoret"

The location is perfect, a few metres from the main road. The natural setting of the resort is truly "back to nature". The staff are very welcoming and felt like family. The small curio shop had unique stuff and at affordable price😉

"A cozy stay with exceptional service"

We stayed in the Bill Gates room, which was incredibly cozy and comfy. The staff were exceptionally friendly-special thanks to Mary at reception for her warm hospitality. The food was outstanding.

My stay was exceptional. Mary is a Gem- she made our stay super comfortable. The food was amazing! Great place for a quick getaway. Would recommend it to anyone 100%.
