Manor Hotel by Greene King Inns

Location in the centre of town was a bonus with parking on-site, easy walk into the high street. The breakfasts were great, cooked fresh and hot. Free wifi worked well thoughout the buildings. Good lunch food selection to suit most tastes.

Building is starting to look a bit tired and rooms dated however the staff make up for it and do their best. Spurious additions to the bill were vague in description, I had to deduce they were incorrect and that maybe they were for double charge of breakfast put on by staff/computer so they removed them.

Welcome by the receptionist was superb, we hit it off straight away. We l9ved the room and the dining was extremely good value for money. All the staff we encountered were amazing. L9603ADMIN

There was a lot of stairs, and I have to use a walking stick, but it was okay. Only one complaint, we were in room 16, and the water was not hot enough for a proper shower.

Attended a wake, food and service fine, comfy bed, good value

The hotel is rather "tired" in decor etc and the bathroom shower was very mouldy and not that clean, I know it was good value for money but my family has used this hotel for some 50 years and shame to see it going down

Easy parking, comfortable, good food. Dog friendly. Very good garden for eating & drinking.

Plenty of parking. Plenty of rooms. Bar area and restaurant was nice and cozy. Good selection of drinks in the bar. Breakfast was nice. Bedroom in stables was ok size.

Arrived at 21:15 on Sunday night to be told the bar is closing in 15-20 mins. Double room in the stables. Room layout could be re-thought, nearly walked into bed when entered the room. Bathroom small but usable. Shower area could do with updating.

Fantastic value for money and central for Yeovil shopping and sights. Not for someone looking for modern upgrades

Location and free parking.

Paper thin walls in room including a connecting door to the next door room, which offered no sound proofing and no privacy. Poor standard of maintenance throughout the room with missing light shades, ill fitting bath panel, squeaking floorboards, cracked wash basin and black mould spots in bathroom.
