Brilliant staff, super friendly and helpful.

Close to town. Restaurant was fine.

Water in sink hot but only tepid in shower.

Constant waiting to speak to someone behind reception, rooms are extremely dated and run down. There was a hair in my wifes food and instead of an apology it was 'i dont know how it go there, the chef is bald' which really made it worse. The meal was free and replaced but we didnt want to eat in there after that. The bar staff are nice and friendly, the bar is good but were charging London prices

Lovely building, good location.

Room was not great and overlooking the car park. Dated furniture. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We opted to have dinner in the restaurant which I would rate 5 out of 10.

Location was ideal for what we needed, staff were pleasant. Breakfast was good

The room was in need of an update, ripped wallpaper, all the paint on the window sill and the frame had lifted, the bath panel was a botch job, two different bits poorly but on their, paint off around the handle in the bathroom, and the towel rail electrical testing sign said it was due for retesting in 2019!
