Good friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Delicious food. Comfortable beds.

Our room was in the Old Stables. The room looked rather tired and needed new windows and a lick of paint. Sound proofing was poor and we could hear the bathroom fan and other noises from the room next to us.

The facilities where clean and spacious. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were excellent extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back and highly recommend the Hotel to anyone visiting the Yeovil area.

"Overall a nice stay, would stay again."

2nd time staying here, most of the staff are so lovely and helpful. Check in and check out are always so straightforward.

Was in a premium room, but a few things felt a bit 'manky' and uncared for - privacy film on windows peeling off, shower gel falling off wall etc.

Location perfect for what we needed. Drinks and food reasonably priced. Staff friendly. Breakfast was nice.

Rooms and hotel itself are extremely dated and in need of basic attention. Rooms were so so warm it was impossible to sleep but fan was provided to ease this.
