"Could be a great hotel. But desperately needs upgrading."

Reception were very friendly when I arrived. Staff in the bar were friendly and the food was good in the evening with prompt service. Again breakfast staff were friendly.

Car parking was not great. Hotel looked very tired inside and out. Single room I had was in poor condition, but appeared to be clean enough. Corridor doors looked dirty.

Car parking a nightmare, never seen it so full, some cars belonging to non-residents and there’s no other parking nearby for people with luggage
