Manor Hotel by Greene King Inns

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and good value.

We were there in hot weather. The rooms aren't able to cope with that and it was extremely hot and stuffy inside, despite having a fan in the room. The windows don't open more than about 10cm, so we couldn't cool the room down overnight. We were told it was the law that they couldn't open further, but as they were sash windows, I would have expected to be able to pull down the top half. The room was a bit dingy and the decor is very tired. We shouldn't have bothered paying for a Superior Room. Dinner was average.

The food was excellent and the staff were attentive

The bedroom and bathroom needed decorating, especially the bathroom, the bath side panel was askew and the stick on skirting board was hanging off in places.

Breakfast was very good plenty to eat and drink and staff very helpful and friendly

It’s a lovely building ideal location when we visit our daughter in Yeovil but everything is looking tied and could be updated shower units would be so much better than having to step in the bath to take one

Great location for town shopping especially visiting Yeovil Country Park 9 springs were great to walk within the country park. 😃

Car park was free, the room had an en suite with toiletries.

The single room light wasn't working. The rooms felt dirty and old. The carpets need a shampoo clean. There need to be attention to detail such as the hand wags and toiletries being empty in the bathroom and the lights not working. These are easy things that can be rectified before a guest stays.
