Chic Urban 2 Bedroom Apartments

The value for money was excellent and the location good, however the apartment only had one toilet roll for 3 of us and no kitchen roll which we expected in a well equipped apartment. Also it promised bathroom supplies but there was not any shower gel only shampoo and conditioner. I contacted the owner to ask where the spare toilet rolls were and was told to buy my own which was a shock.

Very good value for money and close to the city centre. The information provided by the owner was very helpful and clear including the information on parking which made the stay much easier.

Emergency contact went to voice mail when bathroom flooded in middle of the night. Had to call fire brigade. Emergency contact shouldn’t just be available at a particular time slot Beds uncomfortable.

discrepancies between the photos displayed on Booking.com and the actual condition of the room I stayed in. I was unexpectedly charged 150£ for a deposit.
