Ease to the property

Little black bugs all over the bathroom, the Toliet wasn’t bolted down correctly, not enough towels and wash clothes. We ask for extra and the brought one hand towel and one wash rag. The bed in the room is too tall for a disabled person to safely get on without assistance.
