"Very rude… not a place I’d stay again under any circumstance"

Nice property

Guy in the office rude. Expected my dog not to bark. Will even kick you out if he gets complaint. I was dropping off a friends dog so I had 2 he wanted to charge me for an hour for the extra dog. He actually followed me to my room questioning me. Seriously…??? No customer service skills. He’s concerned about barking dogs what about loud people all hours of the night… which would make any dog bark. Wow just wow!!!!

Spa

No coffee pot. They advertised coffee maker included. We had to go to office to get it o ly after 6am. Tried to charge us $20. Extra a night for my chihuahua. Only allowed 2 towels 1 wash cloth. There were prostitutes hanging out at night. Alit of noise which made my dog back all night. No room service. They said if we wanted extra towel $5.00. Only 1 roll of toilet paper. I'll stop right there .

The AC was not turned on prior to our arrival. It was 83 degrees in the room when we got there at 10:30pm. So it was impossible to get comfortable to go to sleep at a decent time. The towels were very cheap and rough. The outdoor lights were so bright that you could see them through the blackout curtains.
