Vaga Hills Resort by Red Rabbit

Amazing stay the rooms were cozy and clean with a beautiful view of hills. Staffs were warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Zero rush, zero stress — just pure relaxation.

This is the very worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were not clean, the fan was not working, and the bedsheets and bedspread were very dirty and ugly. Ants and cockroaches were roaming around the room. The switchboard was also not working. No one at the reception addressed our queries properly. The bathroom was extremely unhygienic, and there was a bad smell throughout the room. The water supply was poor, and basic amenities were missing. The room maintenance was horrible, and the overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and disappointing. The staff behavior was careless, and customer service was very poor. We paid money expecting a decent stay, but this hotel completely ruined our experience. It was not worth the price at all. I strongly recommend everyone not to book this hotel. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

Not Recommended ! Not worth for money, toilet flush is disgusting. Everything is broken including cupboards, sockets window are jammed and not maintained well.

Room size is large and window scene of natural view is good.
