Resort The Lohias, Goa Candolim

Location and spacious rooms.

It's not a resort!! Just a hotel with a small pool on the backside. After booking through Booking.com, receiving a request for full payment via bank transfer and subsequent phone calls for payment is both unusual and irritating, especially when Booking.com already has the credit card details for guarantee purposes. The building has a single small elevator that tends to get crowded in the morning, both staff and guests are using the same. Waiting times can be as long as 10 minutes during peak hours(breakfast till checkout time). The restaurant staff at breakfast leave the chafing dishes uncovered, leading to food becoming dry and cold, which is also not very hygienic.

Single bed size is small

They did not include the brefast despite requests, I had to pay 5 times more for food. they were too much hodtile. everything they were putting on booking.com. I was helpless.

they should have given breakfast and good room size as it was too small room, no value fpr money.

The hotel is simply AMAZING! Very cozy, well thought out, everything is done with soul, and the view and air are simply amazing!!! Helpful and kind staff. For anyone who is looking for top class hospitality The Lohias is highly recommended from my end. The recommendation is based after staying in top 5 stars hotel across the globe. Special thanks to Mathias for his beautiful smile and tasty welcome drink which was very refreshing, very kind Man. And the lady on reception Ms. Pooja is marvellous, whatever we requested she fulfilled it. I would like to request the management of this hotel to please take special care of these staff. They are your face and they are doing their duties more than expected. Today I am visiting again and keep visiting whenever we will be in Goa. Thank you very much.

Had a great time at resort the lohias. Really lovely location beautiful facilities rooms were cleaned every day to a really high standard comfortable beds. Safe balcony. Clean pool and the boys in the restaurant and on reception were helpful. Just like to say thank you and will be back next year, I’m really looking forward to a lovely stay at Lohias and it was the best place I stayed in Candolim
