Location is good

. 1. Checkout time was a major disappointment. We had to wait for the staff to check the room before we could leave, which felt like a cheap and inefficient process. This unnecessary delay left a negative impression of the hotel staff's professionalism. 2. Breakfast included in my reservation but he ask me multiple time very difficult to confirm or angry to provide breakfast

At the time of checking they asked for our adhaar card and haven't return it. After reaching the airport I realised and called them, and confirmed they have our adhaar cards. But have not initiated to return it back yet. Poor staff management. They could have returned it to me during my check out or during my stay of 2 days there.

Good behavior friendly staff, house keeping and room service were excellent, swimming pool was clean and maintained, food was tasty

Superb staff, due to lack on or less use of some rooms during office season in rain room dampning needs attention with improvement in breakfast quality and diversity. Otherwise a great location, value for money with everything is in order.
