Needed to know there were tight winding stairs and that the washing machine was shared. Also one dining chair was broken.

Location is perfect and the host was super helpful and so fast to respond. Instructions on how to reach the property and access it was the best I’ve seen yet.

Stairs weren’t great if you need to use a stroller. Appliances are in major need of an upgrade, especially the toaster and microwave. At times we were longing to be in a hotel with pool and view, especially when it was raining.

Great set up, EPIC location. My favourite place on the lake. Great support by property manager and very clean.

Queen bed mattress quality could be better. Single beds are great.

The location was perfect! Menaggio is beautiful and the staff was lovely to work with.

The parking was not very close to the building, but that was expected since the area near the apartment was more of a pedestrian zone. Overall it’s a good trade off to be in a prime location.
