NEW charming apt in City Center

-Good location -Apartment with space, nice to stay some days

-Sound isolation could be better -Bed can't be separated and room with sofa without curtains. -No guideline for tv and equipment (sofa,...)

Location is excellent Great spacious space

Check in was a disaster- did not receive the right informations and had to try to reach the property for an hour before being able to get in. Shower has minimal water pressure.. and the bathroom tiles are very slippery. Curtain rod was hanging from the ceiling Wifi was very sketchy and would connect sometimes for a limited amount of time

The location was excellent. There are many cafes in close proximity to the property. It is also within walking distance to the subway. The apartment is also very spacious.

The bathroom amenities could be better. There is not enough racks to put our facial products, hang the towels and clothes. The water pressure of the shower was really bad. The lock of the door which is in one of the bedroom that leads to the common corridor was broken. We had to use strings to tie the door to the pipe so that no one can break into the bedroom. This needs to be fixed for security reason. The wifi was not very stable. There are also no garbage bins in the rooms (including the bathroom) which is really inconvenient.

Great location, close to Metro and local shops and restaurants, good sized rooms, comfortable furniture and beds.

Bad: rubbish on balcony and not city view as described, rubbish at bottom of wardrobe / unsure what it was so could not use, unclean kitchen sink and dirty dining table. Annoying: no dishwasher tablets, range of cleaning materials but danish labels so unable to use. Disappointing: no microwave, no toaster, no bottle opener. No bath as advertised. No private entrance, it’s shared with other apartments off a communal hall.

Amazing apartment! No complaints. Spacious, stylish, clean. Good location because everything is nearby.

Absolutely amazing location and a very spacious, comfortable, cozy flat - we truly felt at home. After arrival it was clear that the sofa in the living room is actually only for 1 person, but the team has been sent immediately to solve the issue and by the next day we had an extra bed delivered along with the missing hair dryer. Generally response time, kindness and helpfulness was of highest standards. The flat was clean, cozy, easy to navigate and had all the necesseary appliances.

I think it would be nice if the kitchen was equipped with at least a small package of salt and sugar. When you travel for a couple of days, it doesn't make sense to buy them in addition to the rest of the food, but at least salt is something you usually need when preparing meals at home. Other than that there is nothing to complain about.
