The rooms are not like the pics! It’s very dirty and the stuff was rude , the ac is not working in most of the rooms there’s no clean bed covers and the bathroom is not very clean

No clean room and stolen my money under power booking customer care they don’t accept price on confirm reservation and collect from me more than 1000000 IDR more charge

Very cheap affordable backpacker convenient location for street food, shopping and kfc pizza hut across the road at 40metres away. Not very clean but what do you expect for under $15. A bit noisy from Ramadan and being on the main street but it is what it is, a bargain for $15.

Nothing to like about fraud and filthy rooms

Two issues: 1) Filthy rooms as the sheets are never washed. I guess the local clients do not mind to sleep in unwashed sheets. In my 40 years of travel I have never seen such a disgusting environment including a form of intimidation by the staff to film me and my family when I complained. I was told that this level of "cleanliness' is a standard in Indonesia. That speaks for itself as the best tourism promotion material, ever. 2) The hotel has a "double pricing" policy which they told me Booking.com agrees and condones this type of behavior. Whatever the charge they will post on any site to bring customers in (bait and switch) they will demand the customers pay an additional fee to meet their "required" minimum fee per room as they see fit. I reached out to Booking.com and they have no problem with that which means the company is aiding and condoning fraud. Also after you check in they will not give you a full refund claiming you broke their contract.

The position is quite good near to the centre city . Staff gentil and kind .

The room , the sheet and blanket were very very dirty , and the toilet as well . We even found the until cigarettes on the windowsill. Upon our arrival they asked us for a supplement for the room so the price in booking doesn't correspond to the real price .

I don’t like the water is salty can’t brush teeth need aqua water and the one women reception staff she’s a rude not very nice and the door key can use any room is scared but book 2 room for me and my son friend
