It was so incredibly dirty that it was hard to find a cm^2 that is not dirty. The bed sheets and blankets were also used. We asked them to change them for us, they gave us another room, which was exactly the same dirty. I couldn,t stand it so we decided to leave. After showing us another dirty room, they gave us a room which was ok, we made them bring at least fresh smelling sheets (still dirty) and on the floor were still a lot of hair and all dirty but at least it was a bit bigger so we were able to stay at the end. Don’t book it!!!

It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been We have reserved the hotel on booking 2 days before. We’ve received all the confirmation from booking AND from the hotel who send me a text to tell us that the reservation was confirmed. When we arrived at 18pm at the hotel they told us they didn’t had any room left that we have choose in our reservation. So they told us to pay 60’000 IDR more to have other room. We were like 8 people in the same situation, the hotel confirmed by mail that we had a room and when we come they don’t give a f**k about our reservation and they just told us to pay more. The staff said little to no excuses and they were even laughing at the situation. The room was so tiny and the mirror of the bathroom soooo dirty (the whole room was not clean). The light of the bathroom doesn’t work. The remote from the AC doesn’t work. No towels. I’ve never seen worst room in my life. Don’t go there please. C’est nul !
