Too dusty even from when we came. Noise omg the noise oh and no sun beds or chair around the pools area

The Base is very central to everything Pattaya

It appears every apartment has its own owner so a appraisal by one tenant will not match another as they are all furnished differently. Eg I resorted to sleeping on the couch as the bed mattress was like concrete.

The location is perfect. The views are stunning and the facilities are excellent.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

L'accueil très rudimentaire et impersonnel. Et aussi de l'impatience et du mépris parce que j'avais pas de maîtrise de l'anglais ou thai.

Pas de petit-déjeuners

Attente pour L'ascenseur, trop de monde pour un espace restreint, pas de ventilation

Beds were a bit hard and pillows also but can still manage a good night sleep.

L'emplacement, la propreté.du logement.

Manque un ascenseur, attente tantôt trop longue et absence de climatisation. Sol glissant autour de la piscine, c'est même dangereux.
