They replaced the out of date TV black box when I could not use the TV.

Room was very dirty from first day. Bedding was old and worn. Poor security inside the building and no phone number available to contact them. Not allowed to eat or drink in any public area, including pool areas. Far better places to stay in Pattaya for less money.

Great location. Magnificent view part city part ocean from 23rd floor of this 31 floor condo building. Adequate internet speed. Large Infinity pool on top with uninterrupted 360° views over Pattaya. Clean and tidy tiny no frills condo unit.

This tiny condo is divided in to separate living, kitchen and bedroom. The the separate bedroom is very small. No English language TV channels. No TV in the bedroom. I was able to secure a 3 night extension of stay even though showing as sold out on Booking.com but had to do it directly with the local owner/agent and pay her cash when I really wanted to pay for it through Booking.com

Central location

1. Each of the two towers features a compact swimming pool, accessible to all residents. 2. Tower A's rooftop infinity pool was notably undersized, offering only six sun loungers for a substantial number of residents. 3. The gymnasium, located exclusively in Tower B, was also considerably small and lacked leg weight machines. 4. Given our extended stay of thirteen nights across three separate condominiums, the inclusion of a weekly condominium cleaning service would have been a valuable amenity.

Location was great, close to central shopping centre, bars and entertainment.

A bit noisy at night, although to be fair, I was offered a quieter room on the inside of the complex. However, it was a lot darker and the balcony was tiny. Fixtures and fittings are old so you should not be surprised if things break down. My air-con in the bedroom stopped working after 2 days and the washing machine stopped working on day 4. Air-Con was fixed within 24 hours. Washing machine was replaced after 5 days and the lady gave me a free room clean and change of towels & bedding to make up for the inconvenience. So all in all, I was happy :)

Die Lage in Pattaya ist einfach Top. Waren schon öfters in the base und hatten bisher immer Glück mit den Appartements.

Fernseher hatte diesmal nur Youtube zur Auswahl.schön wäre netflix oder prime. Insgesamt müsste an dem appartement mal etwas investiert werden.
