Нужно понимать что это самый центр, кругом много баров, шум стоит до утра.

The location, the facilities, the staff

Maybe the pool on Tower A, not very appealing. Also the fact that you can't leave your luggage while waiting to check in or when you chevk out and waiting for a taxi.

The proximity to all amenities and the beach.

We arrived before check in time and I had agreed a bag drop before arrive . The security ( no English) were not willing to let me through because I didn't have a room number . Luckily a Thai helped by calling the owner
