This establishment offers a comfortable and welcoming stay. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and assistance, ensuring a pleasant experience. The accommodations were clean and spacious, with well-appointed rooms. However, the bed’s firmness may not be ideal for all preferences. The only other aspect that could be improved is the length of the elevator wait times.

I was thoroughly impressed with everything offered inside Okana. From check-in, to the spacious room, then the restaurants, and finally the indoor/outdoor water park areas. The arcade was great for kids and adults. I loved how I didn't need to carry around my wallet because the wristband gave me access to everything and was used to charge my room. Coming to this resort was totally worth it!

Had a great time at this resort and water park! The place was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both fun and relaxation. The water attractions were a hit, and the staff was super friendly. Would definitely come back!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile and great hospitality by Thomas Molina! Thomas was professional, friend explained how the bands worked plus made suggestions for dinner. Emma & Carrie are the best "hype crew" there is! Highly recommend scheduling a massage with Alex. One of the best massages I have ever experienced!

My trip to Okana was one for the books. My boys loved the indoor and outdoor waterpark. We enjoyed all the restaurants. We will definitely be back.
