OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark

I love the bunk beds available for the kids in a separate room.

Excellent room's

We thought the pools were great! The service at all the dining places was extremely slow. The staff were mostly friendly except at the swim up bar. It took forever and they weren't friendly. The toilet in our room ran constantly. We had to have maintenance fix and it still wasn't fixed.

Great experience... Water Park was great! Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

There was no ice machine on our floor while it was on other floors. Same goes for the machine that dries towels/swimming suits, etc. The cleaning crew did not replace used coffee cups or empty soap/shampoo dispensers. I felt there should have done a better job with the audio by the lagoon. Play the music from the massive screen instead of random stuff when there was no DJ. Your bar tenders for the most part were so so so so slow.

Liked the "disney" resort feel. Room was clean for the most part (could use a little more attention to detail of cleaning in bathroom and floors). Liked the food options that were on resort. Didn't like that there was an additional $45 resort fee per day along with having to pay for parking. On top of the high cost of the room, parking should be free and not sure why there is a need for a resort fee for such an expensive room.

Maybe extend the hours for outdoor beach area.

Near excellent all around. Certainly will come back. Kids and adults can both enjoy. Biggest downside was the poolside bar - very slow service. Bartender had to remake drink 3x (unsure why). Considering the drink prices were Vegas-like, service was not.

We had such a great time as a family of 9 . The palce was clean spacious and my kids enjoyed it so much. We drove in from Dallas and will absolutely be back.
