OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark

Our check in time was 4pm but they let into the waterpark at noon until our room was ready. The beds were very comfortable. We loved getting to go to the waterpark twice with our one night stay! My only complaint is that adult beverages were way too expensive!

Excellent stay the staff were amazing inside and out of water parks.. just wish their were more handicapped accessible to the inside for those who are unable to walk the stairs … otherwise great stay

Great place to stay

Problems were mostly communication related. Never let us know our rooms were ready and they should have communicated gratuity added at restaurants with parties of six or more. Should have looked more closely or assumed but didn’t think at the time. We were celebrating a birthday and graduation and told us at check-in they would decorate but didn’t do so until we asked about it after going to our room. No graduation decor.

Overall very nice experience!

Food way too expensive very bad customer service asked for shampoo did not receive asked for a plunger due to clogged the toilet. Finally showed up an hour later housekeeping is very slow driving seven hours just to check in at four not enough time for someone to spend in their hotel after paying three to $400 a night. Unacceptable. I don’t care what the standards are and resorts but they need to change this.

Very clean and new and a lot to do

Everything was great; quality, options, amusement. The one critique would be the inflated prices for guests, since they do allow non-resort residents to partake in all the amenities.

Upon check in there was a line of 10+ waiting to be checked in; they fielded everyone to use kiosks to help with the flow however was no help to any questions. Was told we would get a text when our room was ready since you can check in at 12, but won’t get the room until it’s ready 1pm-4pm. 4:30 pm came around and we still did not recieve a text we verified the number on file was correct and they said it was. About 4:45 (after asking) we was told our room was ready. But not a room # or anything so once again had to ask, any staff in the facility had an attitude or was very rude about having to answer simple questions. Lifeguard are not very attentive. Talking to friends. SLEEPING while sitting down at the hot tub area (yes I know it’s for adults but if a kid was to get in she wouldn’t have even known). Pizza was good, rooms were clean and comfy. Kids had a good time on the slides and pools, outdoors pool was so cold they kids wanted to be inside and not outside at all, However the poor amount of employees and help will make us not visit again.

Great stay! Just wish we could have been able to use our credits
