We had our room changed three times, we did not get into our final room until after 7pm when we checked in at 12pm. The first room was not the suite we purchased they said they over booked those rooms so then we got moved to another room and we were told it was freshly cleaned and it was not. There was food crumbs everywhere, a birthday cake in the fridge and trash left all over. The last room we they gave us was upgraded to another suite and it was great but since it was already 7pm we did not really get to enjoy any of the room or hotel perks. We did eat at the curveball kitchen and that food was good, the staff is still training so service was slow. We went with a group of friends for a birthday and after 9pm on a Saturday there is nothing to do at the hotel. There is one bar top open that was full but everything else was closed. we wish the pools would have stayed open later or showed moves on the screens outside. The service for the swim up bar outside was great! The server was amazing and quick with making drinks. Over all the manager at the front desk was nice and helpful after the third room but we wish there was better training on staff, stayed open later and no more over booking!

Only complaint I have is a couple of wrist bands to get into your room were ruined by all the water so those people weren’t able to get into the room until they got new ones and the access to the indoor to the outdoor waterpark could have been set up a lot better but other than that this place was Awsome! Cleanest hotel I’ve been too, beds were so comfortable and the staff was super friendly. We will be back next summer!

Loved and enjoyed our stay. Just wishjng they had free coffee at the loby to hang out but we enjoyed every part of it!
