Full of character and plenty of space

The interior was beautiful, however the outside is rundown and in parts dangerous to walk around. There was basic stuff needed for your stay in the kitchen and bathroom.

Not having a working wifi did cause issues in our stay. There was some old dvds available to watch on the only tv in the accommodation that was the living area.

Location, cleanliness, hosts, comfort and general property was first class.

The internet coverage was very poor. Appreciate this can't be helped but it was a negative

Adequate kitchen. Welcoming bread butter and milk helpful. Some renovations in progress.

Those with mobility issues woukd find the small steps at the front door, kitchen and bedrooms a hazard in addition to the staircase.

Lovely situation with lovely garden to sit in. Finished nicely with tasteful furniture and decoration. Comfy bed. Milk in the fridge and tea, coffee and cereals for use, which was a welcome nice touch.

The cottage was lovely and clean - the main house appears to be being refurbished so I’m sure it’ll be amazing once it’s completed. Located slightly further out from central Siloth than expected, so a car would be essential. The surrounding roads can get muddy on wet days. We had a rainy couple of days but I’m sure the summer would make the surrounding grounds even better!

Slightly further out from Siloth than expected but not a problem as you’ll need transport to and from the town / surrounding areas. .
