Quiet area, super comfortable bed, very clean, quick and easy access, cost-effective option for a short stay with shared kitchen and laundry, good water pressure... Quite good overall
Parking in that area can be tricky, but there's some paid underground parking around. El Carmelo (Karmelo?) was reasonably close and around €16 a night. Other than that, just a minor complaint about having two pillows but put together by a single pillow cover

When I arrived there was a heavy cigarette smell in the room. The pillows and bed were dirty.
