The location is nice

I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. Not only was I given a room in a different building, but it was also on the third floor with no lift. As a registered disabled person with a back problem, this was completely unsuitable. The staff showed no care or compassion when I raised my concerns, and they even tried to charge me for an upgrade just to change my room. Additionally, the non-functional fridge and fixed hot air in the room only added to the disappointment. I was told the cool air function won’t be on until summer time. As a result, I had to leave the window open, which was on the main street, meaning I could not sleep because of car noises. When I provided feedback, the staff member became defensive and asked irrelevant questions about my background, which felt like a form of discrimination. This treatment is unacceptable, and I expect better from this hotel.

What I liked most about the Hotel is the staff, it was truly exceptional, all of them! The hotel itself is very pretty and so well located, the view from the restaurant's terrace was breathtaking. The spa & indoor pool's building seemed quite new and it was very well made. The fact that there is a private beach is priceless; unfortunately it was not warm enough to really enjoy it. The restaurant was quite amazing, good quality food and great selection of wines. It is a bit expensive for France though... I would recommend going, it is truly worth it and I would go back myself. It more a 4* than a 3* hotel for sure.

We were staying in a separate building, not the main hotel building; and our room had a carpet; it looked very old and not modern at all. the room was quite small, especially for the price. The price does not match the room but the other facilities of the hotel (spa, pool, private beach). I regret we had to pay to play tennis even though they lent us the rackets and balls; this was not necessary especially for the price of the room (which was soso).

The staff's so nice and welcoming. The breakfast was really good, a lot of homemade product. The spa is interesting as well
