So much nicer than pictures. Lots of amenities for kids. Private beach with the chairs and jumping spot was great. Food was good. It was charming and the staff were so nice in person. The spa and indoor pool looked great even though we didn’t use them. Lift available.

Quiet, comfortable room, location, private beach, substantial breakfast, outstanding staff, easy parking.

The location and main building are great Beautiful view of the lake from the restaurant located on a beautiful renovated terrace

The building where we stayed is old and stuffy, no elevator and we had big bulky bags from 2 weeks of travels, very small room and bathroom

Good parking lovely aspect and great gardens going right down to the lake.

Our room was on the garden level and rooms were not great, but beds comfy and was everything we needed

Tastefully decorated. Small enough to feel friendly and personal. Great location on the lake. Magnificent spa. Eating outside on the patio with lake view is magical. Hotel proposes boat trip on the lake which was a great experience

The location with direct and private access to the lake with plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade. The dinner facilities on the elevated terrace overlooking the lake are unique and the staff are very attentive and friendly. They go out of their way to ensure the food meets dietary needs. Coeliacs do not need to worry and vegetarians have a complete menu choice. (Unusual in France)

The hotel doors not have any air conditioning so in the hot weather it can be difficult to sleep.

The location incredible, the staff helpful, the lake setting superb. A good 5 minute walk to lake, they have own boat and sauna on La plage.

Arrived at a weekend. Parking very tricky eventually found a spot. Hotel open to non-residents and it was crazy busy both Saturday and Sunday. Room small only just adequate and toiletries minimal. If staying in house across from main house there is no lift and is on two floors. Spa in main house is downstairs - heated pool small but adequate. Outside areas - La plage (meaning green area by lake) needs a bit of tidying up and the country look can be taken too far. Very expensive for the return. Breakfast became messy and so many people a second coffee machine perhaps required. The choices of cheese narrowed to one and meats looked tired. Wouldn’t stay again. Note restaurant closed Sunday evening. Local restaurant Cafe du Place excellent. Knowledge of transport zero as navibus was running and buses into Annecy. Annecy a good 25 minutes by car.
