Every time we had a question the staff had to ask management. The pool was slightly heated which was weird. We were told breakfast would be provided but due to staffing weren’t told there would be bagged breakfast on Thanksgiving which included muffins and fruit. We could’ve planned better had we known. The staff was so nice but seemed clueless to answer questions about simple things to do with a bill or extra blankets.
