I have an allergy to feather pillows. They cause stuffiness, headache and a slight asthma reaction. All of the pillows except 1 were down feather. I asked at the desk for polyester filled but they said they had none. I had to go to Walmart and buy 2 pillows and pillowcases for myself and my granddaughter. I took all the pillows and put them in the closet. If there are 4 pillows per bed, at least 2 should be polyester filled.

The ‘flip out’ piece to secure the door got engaged from the outside of our room. No staff available to assist with getting in our room. We had a friend that used a coat hanger and was able to get it released. THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED!
USOne of the locking doors on the end of a hallway, to the parking lot, did not automatically latch. When I came back into the hotel, I had to grab the door bar and close the door, for security. I did report this to the front desk.
USLocation is great, staff has been so polite and helpful. I had an issue when arriving (nothing hotel related) and Haley was so kind and helpful
