Lovely Apt in City Centre Leeds

Great location and easy to find. Love how close you’re to the town centre yet with minimal noise.

Flooring isn’t fitted well and very tired. Couldn't get TV to work, the grill doesn’t work and the pans were awful. Itinerary states there’s free parking available but when I emailed to ask if there’s a specific zone I was told the was no parking, I used the car park anyway without any issues

Bathroom light and fan fitting needs fixing

Everything. Dirty apartment. Blood on the bed sheets. No heating. Dirty cooker. Smelly and noisy. Difficulty getting in and out of shower

fantastic location for the city centre and St James’s hospital which was the purpose of my stay. it was warm and felt safe with super easy check in and out. facilities and free parking were perfect for my 3 night stay.

Location.

Not clean - dirty fridge ,wet bathmat, dirty pan scrub left on drainer. Bathroom bin not emptied. Living room heater not working in December. Bathroom - bath - Was standing bath high chest level had to climb in and out - no plug - had shower attachment. Room gets v wet and becomes dangerous. Aware not suitable for mobility issues but this difficult access for anyone.

Great little apartment for an overnight stay - quiet cul de sac still quite central to the city, felt safe and had everything you would need for an overnight stay. The bath is the best feature!! For those who are shorter I imagine it would be a struggle getting in/out but I loved using it. Towels were provided, there were some fruit teas in the cupboard and some shampoo/shower gel etc in the bathroom. I would be happy to stay again.

Some elements were rather tired - the laminate floor was coming apart for example. But nothing that affected my stay. It was cold at night (it was snowing and icy!) and I've never used storage heaters before but fortunately found a little heater that helped warm the room up.

The location was perfect Short walk to city centre ,safe and comfortable location Nice &quite and some lovely old style pubs around the corner ,,very cosy inside while very cold outside ,lovely towels ,showering facilities ,i hope to use the Flat again and have told my friends about it

Neighbours and church bells caused noisy mornings Check in was slightly delayed from planned time but host did communicate and let us know when it was ready following delay

Good central location, right near where I needed to be. Nice size, good facilities, safe parking spot

Bit unclean in places, and needs a bit of an update - looks a bit tired. Neighbour was very noisy one night. Shower is good but being a larger lady was a bit awkward
