One bedroom budget condo in BGC

Since we booked the unit for work, location is perfect as it is close to our offices, restaurants and convenience stores. We did not do any cooking but the unit had complete facilities for refrigeration, light cooking and heating food. Bathroom was spacious and we liked that there is an area for working that is separate from where bed is located. Wonderful view of BGC at night whether you are up or down the loft. You definitely get value for money booking this unit and renting their private parking. As for the host, they had been very responsive to our inquiries and we would book this place again if needed.

It would be desirable to have blackout curtains in the bedroom especially for working guests who need to sleep during daytime. The bathroom entrance would be better if the floor edging was not raised or minimally raised. I already tripped twice on the edging (which has same tile color as bathroom floor) and I worry if this happened for the elderly.

The condo had complete facilities like a full kitchen with rice cooker, induction stove, pans and water kettle. It’s located about 10 minutes from High Street and 5 minutes from Forbestown so everything is very quiet at night.

I liked the location and how convenient it was to book.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I actually wish I could have stayed longer but I had prior obligations.

Location and free parking

Needs some TLC, bathroom faucet water pressure so slow drip drip and shower pressure is low but can clean . Water leak on WC ( wasting water for the owner), lights and remotes not working with weak batt. Have to replaced one with personal batts.

The water in the bathroom could be a lot stronger, and the heater could work better
