One bedroom budget condo in BGC

Location is fantastic and convenient. Owner is fast in responding to our complaints and tried their best to resolve.

The shower water pressure is very low and as best it can be according to the owner, nothing much can be done about it. We didn’t know the building was quite old until a day before the check-in when we got the check-in details. And the listing didn’t mention that there were no amenities provided. Would have been good if the description of the property is more specific as we did not book this under Airbnb, most accommodation would have included the amenities. We arrived late so we could only go get some the next day. Bed is hard and pillows are too low. I guess it is the best in that area given the budget price, so don’t expect too high.

The location is amazing, everything is in walking distance. If you want coffee, restaurants ,or 7/11 everything is around the corner. Note: This is a budget stay ,you have to be a little bit flexible example water pressure might not be to your standard from where your coming from ,but you can still get hot water etc

i wasnt luck enough the neighbor next door is doing construction , so it was always loud during the day on my stay. This is out of control for the owner since the walls are not sound proof.

The location was convenient and short walking distance to the tourist area. The apartment was clean and simple. The shower was good, all kitchen utensils were available for our convenience. The city view from the apartment was beautiful especially in the evening.

Facilities are great. Location is even better.

Our stay at the place was incredible! The home was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to all the local attractions. The host was a fantastic, quick to respond and full of great tips. It made our trip unforgettable. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

Good location, nice view, spacious, complete facilities

Entire space doesn’t feel clean, sheets smell bad, air conditioning units make unnecessary noises, mosquitoes are everywhere, shower heater isn’t user-friendly, shower has poor water pressure
